製作配方(4個)
✎ 檸檬奶油磅蛋糕
法國無鹽奶油 37g
糖 130g
蛋 2顆
低粉 100g
無糖優格 55g
泡打粉 2g
黃檸檬 1顆
✎ 模型尺寸 : 79.5 X 6公分
✎ 烤箱溫度 :190℃ / 180℃ 15-20 分鐘
✎ 步驟 :
- 將法國無鹽奶油用隔水融化
- 使用削皮刀削出檸檬屑
- 注意不要削到白色皮部分
- 將砂糖倒入檸檬屑,用手抓一抓,讓砂糖吸取檸檬精油香氣
- 低筋麵粉與泡打粉過篩
- 將兩顆蛋打散
- 蛋液倒入糖盆中攪拌均勻
- 加入無糖優格攪拌均勻
- 加入低筋麵粉與泡打粉切拌方式均勻
- 加入已融化的法國奶油攪拌均勻
- 將烤盤紙裁剪 放入模型中防沾
- 麵糊倒入擠花袋裡
- 麵糊填入模中約八分滿
- 擠上室溫軟化的法國無鹽奶油
- 烤箱預熱190度/190度烘烤15~20分鐘
- 中心微微隆起、直到蛋糕表面呈現金黃色為止
- 放置冷卻後就可以脫模囉,切檸檬片裝飾
